Graffiti is serious problem in our neighborhood and throughout Columbia.  We ask that you help keep our village beautiful by reporting graffiti you find in your area.  We will forward the information on to the appropriate authorities.

Please be advised that the responsibility for removing graffiti is that of the OWNER of the property on which the graffiti is located.  Owen Brown Community Association will do everything within its power to make sure that graffiti is promptly removed.
