ELECTRICITY
BGE is the primary supplier of electricity to Owen Brown residents. 
 
BGE is also responsible for all street light outages and maintenance, ("knocked down," "bulb out" or "on in daylight").  Their Customer Service number is (410) 685-0123.
 
WATER / SEWER
Owen Brown residents are served by Bureau of Utilities in the Howard County Department of Public Works for all of our water and sewer needs.  As residents, we receive quarterly bills from the County for our water and sewer usage.
 
Ninety percent of Howard County's public drinking water is purchased from Baltimore city, and 10% is purchased from the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.  Call Howard County's Bureau of Utilities at (410) 313-4900 for more information.
 
CABLE
Howard County has two cable service providers: Comcast Cable and Verizon FIOS TV.
